How do you charge your services?
Our services are charged according to the basket requirement of our client and its specific field of business. We charge normally a commission from successful amount realized, without additional fees, for the services of “payment monitoring” and “out-of-court debt-collection”. With other services, the reward usually comprises a fixed component and a commission in case of success. To know further details of your specific conditions, please contact us.
What is your rate of success?
The rate of success achieved always depends on several factors. The most relevant ones are age of claim after maturity and business area. The shorter the time after maturity, the higher is the success of the collection. Furthermore, the claims from B2B are carried out with higher rate of success than those from B2C in the out-of-court procedure. Generally, we achieve a rate of success higher than 85% in the B2B area. This applies to clients who refer their claims in time and in accordance with well set internal systems. In the B2C area, the rate of success varies between 25 and 35%.
The aggregate of my annual claims does not exceed the amount of 250.000,00 CZK and it concerns about 12 customers. Is the management of such a small portfolio interesting for you?
Yes. Our client base is composed of both large international companies and also local medium and small companies. Each company’s debt has special characteristics and we take an individual attitude towards it, attaining an optimal process of collection for each case.
Will I not lose my customers if I authorize you with collection of matured claims?
Our goal is to preserve and, if possible, to enhance the connection between you and your customers. This connection can be damaged by unsettled accounts. We make sure these accounts do not interfere with your business, treating your customer with fairness and straightforwardness.
What is the lowest amount of a claim so that it can be referred to your collection?
The lowest limit of a claim is not fixed. Furthermore, collective claims have special circumstances. Taken into account the efficiency of the whole process and our experience, we recommend settling individual claims that are higher than 1.000,00 CZK.
